Villa Borghese and Villa Ada along the Tiber
Enjoy a relaxing 3-hour bike tour focused on sport and nature.
Starting from our shop near St. Peter’s Basilica, we ride down to the Tiber riverside cycle path and then pedal up to explore Villa Borghese with its Galleria Borghese and Belavedere del Pincio. We will also stop in Piazza del Popolo, one of Rome’s grandest squares. The tour continues through Villa Ada, Rome’s green oasis, before passing the Auditorium Parco della Musica by Renzo Piano and reaching Ponte Milvio.
The route is safe, scenic, and mostly on bike lanes and park paths.

Rome Gravel Escape: Veio Park, waterfalls and Formello white roads
Escape the busy streets of Rome and discover the beauty of the Roman countryside on this gravel bike adventure through Parco di Veio.
The tour follows scenic white roads, gravel trails, and countryside paths with very little traffic. The route covers 60–70 km with around 700 meters of elevation gain, mostly off-road, making it perfect for riders looking for an authentic gravel cycling experience close to the city.
Along the way, we will stop at some hidden natural gems of the park of Formello, including the beautiful Cascatelle dell’Isola Farnese and the peaceful Cascatelle della Selvotta.

Gravel to the sea: Regina Ciclarum and Fiumicino coastal adventure
Ride from the centre of Rome to the sea on this scenic gravel tour following the famous Regina Ciclarum cycle path along the Tiber River.
This relaxed and panoramic ride leads cyclists all the way to the coast at Fiumicino, where you can discover the remains of the ancient Roman harbor, including the historic Port of Trajan. After reaching the sea, the route returns to Rome through the peaceful countryside and protected landscapes of the Oasi di Castel di Guido.
The tour covers 60–90 km with only about 200 meters of elevation gain.
